Register for Event

Chef David Kirkland of Café Osage presents an intimate, four-course meal inspired by the current exhibitions. The evening begins with a tour of exhibitions by CAM staff.




Amuse bouche

Pickled green beans, cauliflower fritters, Red stripe and honey


First Course

Yena Yeshi / Gouda cheese, match meat / paired Pym’s Cup


Second Course 

Soup / pumpkin & lobster bisque / paired with wine


Third Course

Kale jicama salad / paired with wine


Fourth Course

Polenta, plantains, and shrimp with chili lime sauce / paired with wine


Fifth Course

Pina colada bread pudding with rum caramel sauce / paired with dessert wine
