Summer Exhibitions Opening: Public Reception

This summer enjoy contemporary art from the local to the internationally renowned as CAM presents the 2016 Great Rivers Biennial, featuring new work by St. Louis artists Lyndon Barrois Jr., Nanette Boileau, and Tate Foley; the museum debut of Mark Bradford’s installation Receive Calls on Your Cell Phone From Jail; new video work by Lili Reynaud-Dewar; art by CAM’s New Art in the Neighborhood students; and an immersive hanging garden by Nomad Studio.
A free art shuttle will run every ten minutes between the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, CAM, and the Sheldon Art Galleries this evening. The shuttle will run in a continuous loop between Grand Center and Washington University in St. Louis beginning at 6:30 pm, with the last shuttles leaving both locations at 9:00 pm. Visitors are encouraged to park at the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum and ride the shuttle to CAM and the Sheldon in Grand Center.
