Juniper chef and owner John Perkins will bring his culinary genius for Southern food and cocktails to CAM. For Feast Your Eyes he will create a four-course meal inspired by the current exhibitions. Seating is limited; reserve your space early!
Menu
- First course: Salad of foraged urban greens; Watermelon shrub, gin, sparkling water
- Second course: Street corn, puffed wheat, chili; Mellow corn whiskey, mexican coke, lime
- Third course: Yaka mein: New Orleans style street ramen; Pineapple shrub, rum, grapefruit topo chico
- Fourth course: Street tacos; Lime topo chico, tequila, cilantro simple
- Dessert: Ice cream bars, carolina gold rice horchatta milk punch
