DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a unique dining experience by acclaimed chef Andrew Cisneros of Brasas and jalea. at Feast Your Eyes\, a delicious way to enjoy the culinary and visual arts. Chef Cisneros will serve a special three-course dinner with refined yet approachable dishes inspired by the exhibitions on view at CAM. Delight your senses with this one-of-a-kind event!  \nTickets are priced at $125 for CAM members; $150 for non-members and include a special cocktail or mocktail\, along with an open bar throughout the evening. Ticket holders will be contacted in advance to confirm any dietary restrictions. \n\nAbout Andrew Cisneros \nAndrew Cisneros began his culinary journey in high school\, competing in cooking competitions as a member of Francis Howell North’s culinary team. After graduating from L’Ecole Culinaire\, Cisneros trained at the Saint Louis Club under Chef Pierre Chambrin\, former White House chef\, where he built a strong foundation in classical French techniques that continue to shape his culinary philosophy. \nHe went on to further hone his craft at several acclaimed establishments\, including Elaia under Ben Poremba\, Privado + Público with Mike Randolph\, Dia’s Room at the Four Seasons under Gerard Craft\, as well as Salt at the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island and TPC Sawgrass during the Players Championship.
