To put your name on the waitlist or to upgrade your membership for future events\, please contact giving@camstl.org or 314.535.0770 x 300. \nAcclaimed chef Melanie Hye Jin Meyer of Tiny Chef will create a unique dining experience that offers a delicious new way to enjoy the culinary and visual arts. There are two seatings\, each with the same menu\, to allow more guests to participate while maintaining the special experience of an intimate dinner at CAM. \nTickets are $125 for non-members; $100 for CAM members. The two seating times are 5:15 pm and 7:45 pm. Space is limited. \n  \n\n\nAbout Tiny Chef \nChef Melanie Hye Jin Meyer of Tiny Chef creates Korean-inspired street food. As a Korean-American adoptee\, she started learning about the country from which she came and doing research to teach herself Korean cuisine. Chef Melanie opened her restaurant inside The Silver Ballroom\, a punk rock pinball bar in south St. Louis\, and has since grown the business enough to support her travel to Korea to find her birth family. Her story of connecting with her Korean identity through food and locating her family in Korea has been published by national media including NPR and the New York Times—as well as her kimchi carbonara recipe.
