We love Frida and Georgia, but there are SO many other incredible and equally significant female artists. Unfortunately, so many important women have been overlooked. It was hard to just pick 20 artists to include – we know there are so many more. Even if your favorite artist isn’t included on this tee, let it serve as a reminder that gender is not a genre. Women have created and continue to create some of the most important works and deserve to be recognized as ARTISTS, not just female artists.
