About

A new series of limited-edition prints made in collaboration with artists to benefit CAM’s exhibition program.

Tate Foley, a recipient of the 2016 Great Rivers Biennial prize, has exhibited throughout the United States. The Fears of White Men portfolio, based on the artist’s 2010 book, contains text art that makes seriocomic declarations in a bold black font. This work derives, simply, from the irrational fears of white men, more specifically, the white American race. Through heavy satire  the author hopes to attack racial issues.
