In partnership with Chef Katie Lee of Katie’s Pizza & Pasta and CAM presents a tour of the museum followed by an intimate four-course meal inspired by the current exhibitions. Don’t miss this new incarnation of one of CAM’s most popular programs. Special thanks to Feast Magazine and the Culinary Institute of St. Louis at Hickey College.


MENU: Italian Vacation
Inspired by Katharina Fritsch: Postcards

First Course:
Crostini: radicchio agrodolce, cured meats, pears, and buratta, olives, roasted garlic, tomato chili oil on table with baguettes

Second Course:
Arugula, nasturtium, baby artichokes, parmigiano reggiano, pine nuts

Third Course:
Black spaghetti with lobster, mint, and chilis

Fourth Course:
Bistecca alla fiorentina with charred rapini

Fifth course:
Fried squash blossoms with gelato

Katie Lee Collier was born and raised in Saint Louis, MO. Katie lived in Florence, Italy with her mother, professional artist Belinda Lee, where her vision for food and style took form. Katie worked for seven years for her Aunt Zoe (Robinson) Pidgeon, local restaurateur and owner of many successful restaurants including: Cafe Zoe, Zoe’s Pan-Asian Cafe, Il Fratellini, Les Freres, and BOBO Noodle House. At age 25, Katie was the Creator/Founder and Executive Chef of Katie’s Pizzeria in Clayton. Now, Katie is now the owner and Executive Chef of Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria with business partner and husband Ted Collier.
