Chef David Kirkland of Café Osage presents an intimate, four-course meal inspired by the current exhibitions. Kirkland recently took home the top prize for his entry in the 2015 Budweiser Burger Battle, and was interviewed in Alive about his win.
The evening begins with a tour of exhibitions by CAM staff.
First Course – Cheese appetizer / gouda cheese, match meat / paired with Red Stripe Jamaican Lager with honey
Second Course – Soup / pumpkin & lobster bisque / paired with Pimm’s Cup
Third Course – Kale jicama salad / paired with Pimm’s Cup
Fourth Course – Pimientos, plantains, and shrimp with chili lime sauce / paired with Pimm’s Cup
Fifth Course – Pina colada bread pudding with hot buttered rum caramel sauce / paired with dessert drink
