Featuring the culinary masterpieces of Matthew Daughaday, Executive Chef of Reeds American Table, CAM presents a museum tour followed by an intimate four-course farm-to-table dinner inspired by the current exhibitions. Seating is limited; reserve your space early!

- First course: Rabbit Confit, savory crepes, mushroom and sorghum cream, herbs; paired with 2014 Pago de Larrea “Joven”, Tempranillo, Rioja, ESP
- Second course: Pork belly, grilled broccolini, apricots, smoked peanuts, brioche; paired with 2014 Pago de Larrea “Caecus Verderon”, Viura, Malvasia, Rioja, ESP
- Third course: Hay-smoked bison ribeye, espresso rub, baked beans, succotash, red-eye gravy; paired with 2014 Firestone-Walker “Sucaba”, Barrel, Aged Barley Wine Ale, Paso Robles, CA, USA.
- Fourth course: Dessert TBD; paired with NV Caschina Barrichi “Regina di Felicita”, Sparkling Moscato Icewine, Piedmont, ITA.
