CAM announces a new chef for Feast Your Eyes: David Kirkland, chef and owner of David Kirkland Catering and of the much-anticipated Turn restaurant in Grand Center, scheduled to open in spring 2017. Chef Kirkland will prepare an intimate four-course meal in collaboration with such heroes of the local food scene as Jason Wilson of Northwest Coffee, Nicola Macpherson of Ozark Forest Mushrooms, Bob Mepham of Bob’s Seafood, Veronica Baetje of Baetje Farms, and Reine Bayoc of Sweet Art. Feast Your Eyes begins with a tour of the current exhibition. Seating is limited; reserve your space early!
