Event Rentals

No two events are ever the same at CAM. With vibrant exhibitions that change every season, the museum offers a dynamic backdrop for your celebration. The singular architectural space will make your event extraordinary. CAM is open to your imagination.

This includes the use of the Performance Space on the ground floor with access to the Lobby, Café, Courtyard, Contemporary Room, and exhibition galleries. One hour in the exhibition galleries is complimentary; after one hour, the rate to keep the galleries open is $200 per hour. A full rental also includes a one-hour rehearsal prior to the event.

Availability:

  • Saturday, 6:00 pm–10:00 pm: $4,000
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, 6:00 pm–10:00 pm: $3,500
  • Monday–Tuesday, 9:00 am–10:00 pm: $3,500
  • Maximum time: 4 hours

*Any additional time outside of the contracted event rental time is an additional fee of $1,000.

  • Typically used for: cocktail receptions, wedding and commitment ceremonies, corporate parties, and other private events

Lobby

  • 1,600 square feet
  • 150 ceremony / 100 cocktail
  • Typically used for: cocktail receptions, wedding and commitment ceremonies, corporate parties, and other private events

Contemporary Room

  • 670 square feet
  • 46 max capacity
  • Typically used for: meetings, receptions, small events

Please note

  • CAM has its own liquor license and is the only beverage service provider allowed.
  • Seating, food, and drink are prohibited in the exhibition galleries.
  • All rentals require a $1,000 refundable deposit.
  • Your museum rental includes event staffing, complimentary use of tables and chairs, and setup and breakdown of CAM equipment.
  • Convenient street parking is located along Washington Boulevard and Spring Street. Valet service recommended.
