Full Rental

Use of Performance Space on the ground floor with access to Lobby, Café, Courtyard, Contemporary Room, and exhibition galleries. One hour in the exhibition galleries is complimentary; after one hour, the rate to keep the galleries open is $200 per hour. A full rental also includes a one-hour rehearsal prior to the event.

Availability:

  • Friday, Saturday, 6:00–10:00 pm: $4,000
  • Wednesday, Sunday, 6:00–10:00 pm: $3,500
  • Monday–Tuesday, 9:00 am–10:00 pm: $3,500
  • Maximum time: 4 hours

*Any additional time outside of the contracted event rental time is an additional fee of $1,000.

  • Capacity: 200 Courtyard ceremony / 120 Courtyard seated dinner / 200 Courtyard + Café cocktail
  • Typically used for: cocktail receptions, wedding and commitment ceremonies, corporate parties, and other private events

Contemporary Room

  • 670 square feet
  • Capacity: 46
  • Typically used for: meetings, receptions, small events

Please note

  • CAM has its own liquor license and is the only beverage service provider allowed.
  • Seating, food, and drink are prohibited in the exhibition galleries.
  • All rentals require a $1,000 refundable deposit.
  • Your museum rental includes event staffing, complimentary use of tables and chairs, and setup and breakdown of CAM equipment.
  • Convenient street parking is located along Washington Boulevard and Spring Street. Valet service recommended.
