CAM is thrilled to welcome 21c Museum Hotel St. Louis to the city. 21c St. Louis’ restaurant, Idol Wolf, is influenced by the rich culinary traditions of Spain. Chef Matthew Daughaday takes a playful approach to tapas-style dining by combining local and seasonal ingredients with classic Iberian sensibilities. Inspired by the artists and exhibitions at CAM, this Monday night in October will be a culinary adventure to remember.
