Bulrush chef Rob Connoley and his team create contemporary dishes rooted in Ozark cuisine that highlight the food traditions of the indigenous people, enslaved residents, and Euro-Appalachian immigrants of this region. Inspired by the tenth iteration of the Great Rivers Biennial, this dinner will delight the senses and brighten a winter night.
