A former Great Rivers Biennial award-winner, Cayce Zavaglia has expanded aesthetic and conceptual notions of embroidery, creating portraits that resemble classical oil paintings. In Zavaglia’s St. Louis studio, guests will have the opportunity to view new works slated for her upcoming exhibition at Lyons Wier in New York.
