Monthly Membership FAQ

When you become a Monthly Member of CAM, your credit or debit card will be billed monthly. Your monthly donations are 100% tax-deductible and your membership automatically renews each year. As a Monthly Member you support all the Museum does, plus you receive continuous access to member benefits such as special programs, exhibition previews, interactions with artists and curators, member discounts in the shop, and much more.


  • What is a Monthly Member?

Monthly Members support the Museum by making their membership contributions monthly rather than annually. Monthly Members still receive all the benefits of the membership-level they choose. Your membership renews automatically each year.

  • How do I make a change to my Monthly Membership?

You are welcome to change your contribution amount at any time by calling 314.535.0770 x217.

  • What if my credit card expires?

If your credit card expires or changes you can log into My Account on, select My Subscriptions and use the Change Payment button. You can also call 314.535.0770 x217 and we will be happy to help. For your security we cannot accept credit card information via email.

  • How do I sign into My Account?

In order to sign into My Account, you must have already created an account and login on At the footer of the home page select My Account. Log in with your username and password. Once logged in you can manage your monthly membership subscription.

  • Will I receive renewal letters?

Monthly Members renew automatically on a yearly anniversary and will no longer receive renewal letters in the mail. When your membership renews, new membership cards and the latest CAM newsletter will be sent to you.

  • Will I still receive a letter acknowledging my tax-deductible contribution?

Absolutely! Monthly Membership contributions are 100% tax-deductible. Each January Monthly Members will receive an acknowledgement letter detailing their contributions from the previous calendar year.

  • Will I receive a membership card?

Contributor and above level members will receive up to two membership cards on your annual membership anniversary date.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on your monthly anniversary date. For instance, if you become a monthly member on the 7th, your credit card will be charged on the 7th of each month.
