Play Date: Color Creations

Premieres on YouTube at 10:00 am CT.

Play Dates are free and open to all! Each month, families with children of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this online program. Play Dates follow a monthly theme that invites close looking, hands-on art making, and a participatory performance by a guest artist. Material kits featuring supplies needed for the workshop are provided free with prior booking and pick-up. Families can also come by the museum any Saturday for rotating activity cards that provide a self-directed visit.

This month’s Play Date focuses on painting tints and shades, and features a performance by SkyStone Conservatory of the Arts!

Watch all of this season’s Play Dates any time you choose here! For hands-on activities to go along with the watch party, check out CAM’s Art Toolkit.

Please note this event is online only. Registration is not required.
