Play Dates

Although Play Dates have adapted to comply with health and safety concerns due to COVID-19, your family will find many artful activities to enjoy the second Saturday morning of the month. Follow along as Play Dates offer hands-on demonstrations for making art at home. A different visual theme is explored each time, such as shape, line, color, and texture. Material kits with supplies for the workshop are provided free with prior booking and pick-up. There’s plenty of entertainment in store as well with guest artists who are skilled at dance, music, movement, and storytelling. Families are also invited to the museum any Saturday for rotating activity cards that provide a self-directed visit.

Families with children of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this free online program.
