Jane Sacro gets a night off as Vicia’s sous chef to return to her culinary roots. Born and raised in the Philippines, she is excited to prepare her version of kamayan, a traditional Filipino feast. This communal yet intimate dining experience is considered the soul of Filipino cuisine. Sacro’s four-course creation gathers inspiration from Stephanie Syjuco: Rogue States.
