Spark
2026
Celebrate the power of art to create momentum and ignite change at Spark: CAM’s 2026 Gala. Spark is the moment a young artist feels their future expand—the shine in their eyes when a new technique clicks. It’s the shift in perspective when a visitor encounters contemporary art that stays with them long after they leave. And it is embodied in this year’s event leaders—chairs Bob and Jane Clark and honorary chairs Alexis M. Cossé and Erik Karanik—whose unwavering commitment to supporting diverse artistic voices and access to arts education continues to shine across the region. Join us in igniting a spark that will continue to glow for years to come!
20th Anniversary Gala
2024
On September 19, 2003, the Museum opened its extraordinary new building designed by renowned American architect Brad Cloepfil in the Grand Center Arts District of St. Louis. The last 20 years have seen CAM become one of the major contemporary art museums in the country and an integral part of the St. Louis cultural landscape. Our 2024 Gala + Soirée celebrated 20 years of CAM, honoring Cloepfil and his acclaimed design.
Dive In
2022
Our 2022 Gala was all about getting back into the swim of things. Guests enjoyed a Palm Springs pool party (sans pool) with big sunglasses, cool coifs, and gimlets galore. Learn more about Dive In, inspired by the poolside glamour shots of artist Martine Gutierrez’s HIT MOVIE: Vol. 1.
